They touch on what to expect at the 7th annual MLC Statewide Conference in Traverse City August 2-4, 2017, which has many networking and learning oppurtunities. Here is a bit about Betsy:

Betsy works in the Training Services Division of Northwestern Michigan College as a Sales and Training Specialist, specializing in human resource management.  Betsy is a former travel executive and consultant, with over 30 years of statewide operational development and management experience. She is a certified Lean Champion.
