Two Men and A Truck - How it Got Its Start and the Importance of Faith

Motivation and Inspiration, Two Men and A TruckOctober's episode of Multiplicity, a sub-set of Equity Equals, features Brig Sorber, CEO and Co-Founder of Two Men A Truck, as he discusses his educational background with Tony Conley Multiplicity Facilitator, Stephanie Butler-President of Church of Greater Lansing, Marvin Williams-Lead Pastor at Trinity Church in Lansing. Brig graduated from Okemos High School and then went to attend Northern Michigan University.

Brig shares his story on the beginnings of Two Men and A Truck, the early challenges of the company and how his faith was influential to rebuilding Two Men and A Truck during the recession.

Brig goes on to share how he is able to balance and express his faith with his employees. His faith is very important to his organization. He has the 10 Commandments on the side of his corporate office building, not for a political statement, but as a reminder of the character and attitude that will uphold the organization.
