Delta Dental Foundation | the Serving Smiles to Seniors Program

From July to October 2018 Delta Dental of Michigan has a series of FREE Senior Lunch Programs.
Jeffrey Mosher speaks with Katie Frankhart, Program Coordinator, Delta Dental Foundation at Delta Dental of Michigan and two representatives from Tri-County Office on Aging; Tasha Stetler, Community Nutrition Manager, and Christine T. Histed, RD, Registered Dietician, Evidence Based Programs Manager.

The Delta Dental Foundation and its partners are launching the local Serving Smiles to Seniors program for the third year to educate seniors on proper oral care and connect them with local resources.

Generous LAFCU Members, Public Donate to Help Eaton Rapids Community

More than 912 pounds of toiletries, food collected at LAFCU branches to help local charity

LANSING, Mich. — Thanks to the generosity of LAFCU members and the public, LAFCU’s month-long toiletries and food drive netted 912 pounds of donated items for an Eaton Rapids charity, Heart and Hands Inc.

The charity has been working with those impacted by the fire at Meridian Magnesium Products of America, an auto parts manufacturing plant in Eaton Rapids and the community’s largest employer.

Williams Subaru Donates to Sparrow

Williams Subaru of Lansing donated some 80 blankets and 25 children’s art kits to Sparrow Health System as part of the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. Owner of the dealership Jeff Williams was on hand to explain the importance of the donation. The event was attended by officials from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which also has partnered with Subaru.
