From the United Kingdom, veteran international model and fitness coach, Roger Frampton joins us to discuss this evolving fitness technique he created “The Frampton Method”. Roger, who has worked the catwalks of Milan, New York, Paris and London found discovered the importance of posture in exercise and invented a combination of bodyweight and aspects of gymnastics and yoga.
We continue with Frampton, as he tells us about the how humans can live to up to 130 years through exercise using a program like The Frampton Method.
