Can you hear me now? The latest phone scam is tricking users into providing a “yes” answer which gets recorded and then used to authorize fraudulent charges.  Avoid being a victim of this scam by abandoning your inclination to be polite. Click here to learn more

Also covered in this segment is new legislation targeted at enforcing Constitutional privacy rights as they pertain to email.  Currently, access to email by law enforcement does not require a warrant.  The debate entails balancing the right to privacy against law enforcements need to access email to solve crimes and terror threats.
