Sue Bila took Party @ MI Place, live at the Royal Luncheon, on the lawn of the Michigan State Capitol Building, June 17. She interviews Michigan Business Network CEO, Chris Holman, as they discuss the economic impact of festivals, and the purpose of this event.
All Michigan products were served for the lunch, compliments of Koegel’s hot dogs; Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth’s potato salad, fruit salad, and apple crisp; and MFEA’s famous ice cream sundaes, all served with refreshing beverages by Pepsi. The excerpts, which conclude this segment, include remarks by Sue Bila, and Chad Badgero, of Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs; and then a performance by the unique Opera singers, from the University of Michigan’s “Confucius Institute Singers."
