Young professionals will learn firsthand about the dynamic urban job and living opportunities right here in the reinvigorated capital region.

The economic comeback over the last several years has brought companies back to mid-Michigan. These companies are eager to attract more talent to help grow their organizations in Ingham, Eaton and Clinton Counties.

Greater Lansing is home to a global economy and prestigious national headquarters, including Michigan State University, Jackson National Life, Dart Container, GM and more. Sparrow Health System and Neogen are two of the employers who are committed to Capital Comeback, and look forward to showcasing what their companies can offer. These opportunities allow young professionals to make a big impact in mid-Michigan early on in their careers.

The mid-Michigan economy has an abundance of high-wage, high-demand jobs in the STEAM fields (science, technology, engineering, art + design and mathematics) that employers are eager to fill. Accompanied by Michigan’s booming economy, there is no better time to return home to your roots.

Greater Lansing is home to one-of-a-kind eateries, breweries and entertainment that enhance the urban living opportunities – at an affordable cost of living. For young professionals, returning home to mid-Michigan can be the key to a successful future. From the world-renowned Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum, musicals at the Wharton Center for Performing Arts, touchdowns at Spartan Stadium and exploring the Capitol, there is no shortage of entertainment in mid-Michigan. For adventure seekers, the Lansing River Trail connects more than 20 miles of paved trails from Waverly Road to MSU to Old Town Lansing. Returning home to mid-Michigan means the Great Lakes are a stone’s throw away.
