Lansing, Mich. – The immaculate 68,784 square-foot, riverfront building, housing five floors, and 79 urban flats is complete. The innovative second phase of Gillespie Group’s Marketplace consists of micro, one and two-bedroom flats and will welcome its first residents on Friday, March 23, 2018. With its first phase built in 2007, Marketplace’s second phase brings the total to 158 flats on the 4-acre riverfront property.

The bar, which will consist of small plates, brews, wines and cocktails, will be open to the public and will soon boast the best riverfront patio in in Lansing!

Construction started in February 2017 and was completed on schedule with Lansing-based builder, Wieland.
