Baker College helps raise awareness of cyber threats at March 29 small business workshop

FLINT TOWNSHIP, MI —The cyber defense program at Baker College’s Flint campus will be highlighted at a free workshop presented by the Michigan Small Business Development Center (MI-SBDC), Wednesday, March 29, 10 a.m. to noon.

The workshop, titled “Small Business, Big Threat: Cyber Security Awareness,” is intended to raise awareness of cyber threats to small businesses.

“We turned to Baker College to host and involve its cyber defense program because it is a tremendous resource for the small business community,” said Marsha Lyttle, director of the MI-SBDC I-69 Trade Corridor Region.

DEARBORN, MI —  AAA Michigan is sending out a statewide SHAMROCK SAFETY ALERT urging motorists to take extra care to help make their St. Patrick’s Day celebrations safe.
