New Detroit Marketing Campaign Making a Difference

The marketing being conducted by the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau is making a difference.  A new campaign the Bureau is conducting through leadership with SMZ, is involving more interactive marketing.  This has led to increased occupancy and thus, new hotels. 

Larry Alexander shares information about the new boutique properties coming into the market place and the background on the decision to eliminate Airbnb’s in the city.
