In honor of Black History Month, Equity Equals features a panel entitled “Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the future of Black America,” at Michigan State University James Madison College. Dr. King’s last book, ‘Where Do We Go from Here: Chaos or Community’ [1967] was referenced by panelists including Dr. Robert Green and Dr. Theodore Ransaw in assessing the socio-economic and political standing of black Americans today, 50 years since the publication of King’s last book.  The Question: Are Black Americans moving forward, backwards or standing still/frozen in time?

This is part three of a four episode series.
