Chris catches up with Skip Simms, of Ann Arbor SPARK, but for this occasion Managing Partner with the Michigan Angel Fund. He shares that fund’s story, and how they’re doing. He also notes the differences between venture and angel investors. He also covers the category of pre-seed money, and the guidance that angel investors provide for the entrepreneurs.
