They discuss alternative training options that corporations are implementing to train and employ individuals. Chuck points out the skill trades, and the recruiting process that corporations are utilizing, to recruit individuals in order to make sure Michigan stays competitive globally. He also points out the need for the legislature to find a solution to the Michigan road problem.
