That will be the topic of his Active Learning Session while at the 7th Annual Michigan Lean Consortium Conference - Achieving True North: Lead-Engage-Accelerate-Now in Traverse City in August.

Matt has worked at Amway for 12 years in procurement, supply chain management and continuous improvement in roles around the globe.  His current focus is reducing product development lead-time through the adoption of new thinking, systems and tools.  His passion is helping others develop Lean thinking and behaviors to improve their work satisfaction and results.  Prior to Amway Matt worked in the Chemical and Automotive industries. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology and an MBA in Supply Chain Mgmt and Leadership from Michigan State University.
