Manufacturing, Talent Summit, Dr. JayKulbertisDr. Jay Kulbertis, Superintendent of Gladstone and Rapid River School District, an award winner at this year's Michigan Manufacturing Association Talent Summit 2015, gives Jeffrey Mosher insight on how he got started in teaching. Dr. Kulbertis loves to connect students with the business community, and feels the STEM program has brought a renewed excitement to education. There are partnerships that have been developed with universities and colleges across Michigan that are affiliated with the STEM program.
