Taylor Kelsaw talks with Michael J Steibel about his love of the mixed media art form, the value of creating art, and Grand Rapids Artprize. 

Michael J. Steibel is known as an integral part of the Michigan Business Network, but his private passion and love of creating art must not go unnoticed and so we invited him to a turn-the-tables interview. Usually behind the scenes producing our shows on the network, Steibel has also become a recognized artist in his own right. Our conversation continues with Steibel as he shares that his art is currently on display for Grand Rapids Artprize. Artprize brings in around 400,000 attendees and covers three square miles of downtown Grand Rapids, MI.  Art from around the world pops up in over 160 venues venues and which is free and open to the public. Steibel’s art is on display at Biggby Coffee in downtown Grand Rapids.
