Dennis has extensive automotive leadership experience in manufacturing operations of high volume forging, machining and product assemblies. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a passion for driving performance through leadership development, strategic planning, organizational alignment, employee engagement, effective communications, teamwork, continuous improvement and customer service. He has a proven track record of improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability through Kata/Kaizen team based activities, six sigma problem solving, project management, process re-engineering, sharing best practices.
