Vic’s involvement with the Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies began when he was in high school and a member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA). His leadership in that agency earned him the Distinguished Manager Award, our highest manager achievement, five consecutive times. In 2003, he became a Regional Director of Agencies.  He served as Vice President of Marketing from 2005 to 2018. Verchereau, is a Graduate of Davenport University, with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and lives in the greater Lansing area.

5 Guiding Principles

 • Work Hard – Everything good demands effort.

 • Do it with Passion – Without passion it’s just a job.

 • Care for others more than self.

 • We can be more than me…think/say/act with “WE” first.

 • Keep fixed on attitude and don’t keep score.
