entrepreneurship Michael Rogers, vice president of communications for the Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM), presents excerpts of a keynote address by entrepreneur and business owner Andre Hutson, who was a member of the 2000 National Championship basketball team at Michigan State University. He spoke at the Youth Entrepreneurship Conference in Lansing, where high school and middle school students from mid-Michigan presented business plans and competed for thousands of dollars in prize money. Hutson talked about his upbringing and basketball career, and how his sports experience helped propel his business success.
