‘Replace Retirement: Living Your Legacy in the Exponential Age’ • Retirement doesn’t mean giving up. An average of 10,000 Americans turn 65 each day, and the number of Americans retiring each day has nearly doubled since 2000.

John's book, Replace Retirement, challenges those 50 and older to live the second half of their life with more purpose and possibility than the first half. Today there are more people in the United States over 50 than there are under 18, and by 2035 there will be 140 million Americans, more than 1 in 3, over 50.

John's book explains why adults 50 and over are a vital resource that our country can't afford to waste. With decades of possibility ahead of those around retirement age, he encourages readers to adjust how they approach the concept of retirement.

Retirement planning is a multitrillion-dollar industry in the United States, yes there is on crucial piece missing from the "planning" aspect - life doesn't end at retirement. Whether it is starting a new business based on a passion, taking on a new hobby, or entirely launching a new career, John is helping people learn how to build an inspired second half of life.
