DJ McCoy is a East Jordan, Michigan born and raised local DJ who helped found Scratch Pilots. Scratch Pilots is a locally based group of DJ’s who play around Lansing, and more. McCoy, who attended East Lansing High, has worked as an electrician, worked in the restaurant business, and now is a bartender at Stober’s Bar where he’s been for the last 5 years. He has also been with Vinyl DJ for 14 years and is the owner and creator of Scratch Pilots, LLC, for Turntable Tuesday’s at the Green Door, and Get Busy Friday’s at the Riv in East Lansing. He's putting the unity in community.
