Homogenous Charge Compression Ignition Engine - Terry MorrisTerry Morris, project manager for Nautilus Engineering, a company developing a “Homogenous Charge Compression Ignition” engine. The idea is to gain the efficiencies of a diesel engine (compression ignition) while using conventional gasoline, taking advantage of that fuel source. Others have been working on this problem, but Nautilus' solution is very interesting indeed.
