Cinnaire was recently selected as a Detroit Free Press Top Workplace 2018. The companies recognized in the Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces program were selected from the results of an employee survey. The Detroit Free Press partnered with Energage, an employee research and culture technology firm to determine the 2018 Top Workplaces, presented by the Better Business Bureau.

The Top Workplaces ranking is based on employee survey feedback analyzed based on Energage’s objective criteria.The survey gathers responses on 24 factors covering seven areas, including organizational health factors that measure how well employees are working together toward a common cause. Factors include alignment, effectiveness, connection, employee engagement, leader and the basics.
