Education’s Business: Taking Positive Actions

Auto, EducationSkilled trades in Michigan's high schools are beginning to gather more attention as companies become increasingly vocal about effective workforce development. In this segment, Karl interviews automotive technology teacher, Joe Hart, from Chippewa Valley High School in Macomb County.

With some wonderful large and small partners, his classes are filled to overflowing as students pursue their futures in these high demand, auto-tech areas. With great teachers like Joe, it is no surprise to learn of the many success stories that emerge from his classrooms.

Education's Business: Taking Positive Actions, hosted by Karl Klimek, Exposing and celebrating the successful partnerships between K-12 schools and industry/community partners. Special focus is on Science – Technology – Engineering – Math (STEM) and Career Technical Education (CTE) efforts.
