Celebrating Michigan Business Network's 4th Anniversary

Michigan Business Beat
July 27, 2015 5:00 PM

Business SpotlightIn celebration of Michigan Business Network's 4th Anniversary, we combed through the deep archives, and found audio from where it all began. July 4, 2011, was the "Freedom from Bad Business Day." In these four segments, hear Chris Holman share interviews from Michigan Business Today and Michigan Business Beat.

He sits down with Rob Fowler, Executive Director of SBAM, the Small Business Association of Michigan, then Lawrence (Larry) S. Nannis, of Framingham, Mass. who was the Chair of the NSBA, back in 2011. Larry was also a shareholder with the Needham-based CPA firm, Levine, Katz, Nannis + Solomon, PC. Jim Herbert, CEO of Neogen, in Lansing, Michigan, is the third guest from these original episodes. And finally, Chris spends time with Thomas Hamp, of Dewitt, MI, with AvidCoach, a business coach in Mid-Michigan.

Michigan Business Beat, hosted by Chris Holman, discusses economic development, new or unusual entrepreneurial initiatives, and successful business practices from different regions and industries around Michigan with a wide range of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
