Chris Holman welcomes Rob Fowler, CEO of the Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM) to the studio, along with new SBAM President Brian Calley.

Rob and Brian give a SBAM 2018 year in review, a 2019 look ahead, as well as Brian's new role as president. Brian's experience in banking, the state legislature and as past Lieutenant Governor for Michigan is welcomed as a he will be addressing small business issues including the current talent shortage.
