Sue Bila talks with Brad Back, Vice President and Principal of SeyferthPR a company which among others handles many of the McDonald's restaurants of Michigan. Brad is an upcoming Michigan Festival & Events Association Convention Speaker who will talk about the excitement of using social media at events.

He also invited convention guests to attend his workshop on “creative” ideas using social media and technology.  He will be hosting this up in Traverse City this November along with Bill Herbst who has over 20 years in broadcast and social media experience.

Amy shared the history of the Glockenspiel coming to Frankenmuth – 50 years ago – the joy of the accomplishment by Tiny Zehnder, Amy’s grandfather.  Also of the memories the clock provides Frankenmuth visitors and residents.

Wednesday evening August 30th had been eventful! There was so much to see in and around the Suburban Collection Showplace of Novi, MI. The ribbon cutting welcoming everyone to the Charity Preview night. A great VIP reception honoring all the hard efforts put in to making the Michigan State Fair happen, and a taste of the Detroit Shrine Circus under the bigtop. But the fun wasn't over as it was time to take in the midway and see the sights of the amusements.

Hear Sue Bila's interview with longtime friend Tom Arnold, Arnold Amusements, which serves the Michigan State Fair annually, and entertains America from Michigan to Florida. The segment also shares excerpts from and interview as Sue got some time with Michigan State Senator Mike Kowall of White Lake, MI, a big supporter of agriculture and the annual Michigan State Fair.
