Cheryl Ronk talks with Tim Durso, Reuben Levinsohn from Centennial, and Noel Parsons, Tony Johnson from 44North about compliance.

One of the major issues for any leader is compliance.  With so much changing in the insurance field, let experts help you with compliance.

MSAE unveils a new partnership with three entities to provide risk education, assessment and management for associations.  In addition to MSAE are Centennial and 44 North.  Collectively they cover all lines of insurance coverage, and by working together can focus on making sure an organization has the best and most cost effective coverage for the organization, its staff and volunteers and programs that would benefit the membership.  The new program is being branded MSAECoversMI.

The uniqueness of this program is explored.  This innovative solution results in organizations being able to streamline the process and results in one stop shopping.  The core of the analysis is to complete a risk analysis.  The group has drafted a risk assessment questionnaire that will make sure an organization understands the risk potential.

Whether business lines or personal lines of insurance, compliance with rules and regulations and transfer of risk is of key importance.  The collaborative effort works to assure compliance.
