It’s no secret manufacturing helps fuel Michigan’s economy – especially in Greater Lansing. And as the manufacturing industry rapidly changes with the invention of new technologies, so does the workforce.

As a result, individuals are being retrained for a new era of manufacturing jobs, according to the Capital Area Manufacturing Council. The skill sets needed to be successful in the manufacturing industry are continuously evolving.

Chris Holman aand good friend Edythe Hatter-Williams, CEO, Capital Area Michigan Works! CAMW! Lansing, MI, talk about how individuals are being retrained for a new era of manufacturing jobs in this segment of the Michigan Business Beat.
