Wilderness Sleigh Ride Dinners At Treetops Resort…Winter is The Tastiest Season of All!

Treetops Resort – Michigan’s most spectacular resort goes gourmet again this winter season with the return of a favorite culinary adventure called the Wilderness Sleigh Ride Dinner. 

Guests will be shuttled to the remote Project Nature property where they will be greeted by a bonfire and a hot drink before they board a horse drawn sleigh. The sleigh will take culinary and adventure enthusiasts on a meandering ride through the woods to the Wilderness Cabin where a four-course meal with assorted beer and wine will be served up in grand style. 

The culinary team at Treetops will ladle up the elegant comfort of Morel and Mushroom Bisque, Baby Kale Salad with tomato, cranberries, apple and cashews. The star of the meal is a Petit Filet Mignon served with Blackberry Demi Glaze accompanied by a Jumbo Shrimp Skewer accompanied by Sour Cream Cheddar Chive Mashed Potato and Glazed Asparagus.  The grand finale of the meal will be one of the culinary team’s sweetest treats; a White Chocolate Cherry Mouse.

Following dinner, the shuttle will transport guests safely back to the main campus of Treetops Resort.

This winter’s Sleigh Ride Dinner dates include:

• January 4, 11, 18, 25
• February 8, 14, 15, 16, 22, 29
• March 7

During the month of February, in celebration of the most romantic holiday – Valentine’s weekend, Treetops will offer the culinary adventure THREE consecutive evenings; February 14, 15, and 16.

Each event will get underway at 5:00 p.m. and return by 9:30 p.m.  Each dinner adventure is $129 per person.
