An Overview of Federal, Regional and State Air Quality Issues

Join the MMA and the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan for a half-day program featuring updates on the most urgent environmental regulatory issues facing Michigan companies. Experts from government, industry, advocacy groups and the legal profession will address the latest developments and what to expect.

AQD Rule Changes and Federal SIP Approval

The panel discussion will highlight many of the rule changes which became effective in December 2016, the background and policy concerns underlying the changes, and the prospects for US EPA approval of many permit exemptions allowed under state rules.
